We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in Federal Way, Washington for a Call Center Specialist. The primary role of this job is to provide excellent customer service in a healthcare setting, address patient needs, and contribute to the enhancement of our healthcare delivery system. Responsibilities:• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, addressing various inquiries and concerns related to services or appointments.• Assist customers in filling out forms or applications, and provide reminders for appointments when necessary.• Troubleshoot a variety of issues, including those related to background checks and training.• Guide customers through necessary processes, ensuring adherence to guidelines and escalating problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.• Maintain strict compliance with regulations and policies regarding patient information and data privacy.• Document all call information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system according to standard operating procedures.• Develop a thorough understanding of healthcare programs, practices, and services in order to better assist customers.• Uphold excellent customer service techniques, demonstrating patience and empathy towards a diverse customer population.• Contribute to the improvement of the overall customer experience by providing constructive feedback.• Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
