This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the financial strategy of a growing organization, with a focus on data management, financial analysis, and performance metrics tracking.Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, and revise detailed financial plans and projections.• Conduct financial forecasts to predict future revenues, expenses, and capital needs.• Manage the annual budget process including data collection, input consolidation, and budget report preparation.• Perform scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of various business strategies or market conditions.• Ensure financial practices comply with relevant regulations and standards.• Identify financial risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.• Assist in managing and controlling operational costs by providing insights into cost drivers and recommending cost-saving initiatives.• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects or investments.• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to align operational goals with financial objectives.• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data used for analysis and reporting.• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights that drive operational improvements.• Prepare and present reports to senior management summarizing findings, recommendations, and progress on key initiatives.• Conduct trend analyses to assess long-term performance, profitability, and financial stability.• Implement and utilize business intelligence tools and dashboards to enhance financial reporting and analysis.• Explore opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline financial workflows.• Identify and implement improvements in financial planning and reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to operational processes.• Generate custom reports and analyses as requested.
