Responsibilities
- Source and Identify: Actively seek out and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities, including residential, commercial, and multifamily properties.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, property values, and potential investment risks.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare and review financial models, investment proformas, and comparable property analysis to determine the profitability and feasibility of potential acquisitions.
- Property Evaluation: Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions, including property inspections, title research, and risk assessments.
- Negotiation: Negotiate purchase agreements, terms, and conditions with property owners, brokers, and agents to secure favorable deals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, agents, investors, and industry professionals to ensure a consistent pipeline of investment opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the investment team, legal advisors, and finance department to ensure seamless transactions from sourcing to closing.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of potential and acquired properties, providing regular updates to senior management on acquisition activities and outcomes.
- Proven track record of successful property acquisitions.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property values, and investment principles.
- Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis software, and CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Real estate license preferred but not required.
