Investment Acquisition Specialist

Summary

As an Investment Acquisition Specialist, you'll be on the front lines of finding and acquiring great real estate investment opportunities. This role is all about understanding the market, crunching the numbers, and building solid relationships with property owners, brokers, and investors. Responsibilities

• Source and Identify: Actively seek out and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities, including residential, commercial, and multifamily properties.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, property values, and potential investment risks.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare and review financial models, investment proformas, and comparable property analysis to determine the profitability and feasibility of potential acquisitions.
• Property Evaluation: Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions, including property inspections, title research, and risk assessments.
• Negotiation: Negotiate purchase agreements, terms, and conditions with property owners, brokers, and agents to secure favorable deals.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, agents, investors, and industry professionals to ensure a consistent pipeline of investment opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the investment team, legal advisors, and finance department to ensure seamless transactions from sourcing to closing.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of potential and acquired properties, providing regular updates to senior management on acquisition activities and outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful property acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property values, and investment principles.
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial analysis software, and CRM tools.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Real estate license preferred but not required.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex financial data and market trends.
• Negotiation Skills: Skilled in securing favorable deals while maintaining positive relationships.
• Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
