Title : Associate Brand Manager
Location : Onsite - Louisville, KY
This role involves creating a pipeline of audience-driven and insight-based ideas to support an 18-month calendar. You will take charge of project management, overseeing the entire process from beginning to end. This includes participating in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas focused on audience and insights, screening and prioritizing those ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine and develop them, and successfully validating and launching ideas for the national calendar.
- Refine ideas into actionable concepts : Lead a small, cross-functional team of fit and finance to transform broad ideas into clear, on-strategy concepts that are grounded in insights and aligned with both brand and business objectives.
- Screen concepts for development : Oversee the screening of concept iterations with target audiences to refine and finalize the build.
- Establish project framework : Formalize the concept within the stage-gate process, validating it as an official project through the early stages of innovation.
- Project Management : Assemble and lead a project team, working cross-functionally to confirm the concept’s operational and financial feasibility. Guide the team through operational testing.
