Test Engineer General Summary The candidate for this on-site position must be a competent hands-on engineer capable of developing automated test solutions for digital and mixed-signal semiconductors using LTX Fusion EX and Credence Quartet testers and a variety of bench instrumentation. Candidate should be qualified of self-directing multiple simultaneous projects.
