Duties:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, focusing on business development and driving revenue growth.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet and exceed their sales targets.
- Analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement, implementing process improvements to optimize sales processes and increase profitability.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales strategies for new accounts and territories.
- Oversee project management initiatives, including setting project goals, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales representatives to help them improve their performance and achieve their sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
