About The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet Rogue Architects' quality, budget, and timeline standards. This role involves coordinating with clients and consultants and mentoring junior staff to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Act as the main contact for clients, consultants, and team members, managing project documentation and closeout.
- Team Collaboration: Lead project teams and provide mentorship to junior staff to achieve project goals within budget and time constraints.
- Client and Consultant Coordination: Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring effective communication and project alignment.
- Project Execution: Oversee construction document creation, administer construction activities, and resolve project issues proactively.
- Quality Assurance: Coordinate QA/QC procedures, document issuance, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with leadership on budgets, monitor financial performance, and maintain project accountability.
- Degree in Architecture or related field (Preferred).
- A minimum of 4-6 years managing multi-discipline architectural projects.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, and Photoshop.
- Understanding of architectural building systems, building codes, and construction documentation processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in various phases.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage project budgets and schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Ajera.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
- Firm grasp of building codes and ability to apply/incorporate them into documents.
