- Work with production team to complete construction documents
- Complete code review and project submittals with minimal supervision
- Coordination with engineers and consultants
- Technical proficiency with BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite and other applications
- Manage multiple project deadlines with consultants and production team
- Occasional onsite observation of work during C.A.
- Meet with regulatory authorities and parties as necessary
- Minimum of bachelor degree in architecture
- 5 years of architecture experience
- Experience working on retail and/or restaurant project types
- Autocad proficiency required
- Revit proficiency preferred
- On the path to architecture licensure preferred
