Job Overview
Project Manager will work to provide roof design for new or existing facilities , also envelope design of flashings and waterproofing directly to institutional clients, primarily educational, or as consultants to architects or engineers.
Responsibilities
Project Manager must be able to work in Revit / AutoCad to produce plans, details, and assist with specifications for roof design for new or existing facilities, also envelope detailing of flashings and waterproofing . Successful candidate will also lead others in such production and provide QAQC of their work. During construction, assist in production of addenda, RFIs, ASIs, and review of submittals.
Qualifications
- Architecture degree , registration preferred.
- Experience in producing and interpreting architectural documents .
- Experience in Revit , working with and interpreting models.
- Able to cooperate and coordinate with team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
