Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a background in senior care, particularly in environments that support individuals with developmental disabilities. This role requires a compassionate leader who can effectively manage care plans, medication administration, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality care for residents.
Responsibilities
- The House Administrator, under administrative direction, assesses, plans, implements and evaluated delivery of patient care using principles specific to pediatric, adolescents, adult and elderly patients for an 8-hour period, and facilitates quality, safety and patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a registered professional in the State of Illinois.
- Baccalaureate preferred.
- Demonstrated abilities in management skills, theory, practice and clinical expertise.
- Pursues programs of continuing education.
- Participates in educational conferences and updates and maintains professional knowledge and responsibilities.
- Member of professional organizations.
