We’re seeking a motivated individual to help source properties for investors and the open market. This role is commission-based, offering substantial earning potential based on your results. You’ll earn commission on every property moved, with bonuses for high performance.
Requirements
- A strong work ethic and drive to succeed are essential.
- No prior experience in real estate is necessary—we can teach you everything from making calls to handling contracts and closings.
- What we can’t teach is the motivation and willingness to put in the effort.
What to Expect
- Earnings: Most contracts average a $4,000 payout. With consistent effort, you could earn around $12,000 monthly by closing just three deals per month. High performers closing 8-9 deals per month have earned significantly more.
- Timeline: It typically takes about 30 days to secure your first contract and another 30 days to close, so anticipate your first paycheck in 2-3 months. After that, consistent closings can lead to weekly payouts.
- Tools and Support: We use both cold and hot leads and are investing heavily in PPC advertising to generate even more opportunities.
