Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent across various departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for finding and nurturing the best talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing goals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Partner with department leaders to identify workforce needs and create job descriptions.
- Leverage various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and reporting.
- Build relationships with local colleges, trade schools, and community organizations to establish talent pipelines.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to promote Roto-Rooter as an employer of choice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the service or trade industry.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
