As the Key Holder, you play an integral role in creating the Rough & Tumble experience in our new Retail location located at 176 Middle Street in Portland, Maine.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Opening & Closing the store when scheduled.
- Client relations, working with customers to showcase the bags in the store, and help with any questions.
- Merchandise and maintain the overall look and care of the store.
- Assist in leading the team, keep the team up-to-date on new products, and leathers.
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to go above and beyond to uphold Rough & Tumble values and adhere to company policies and procedures.

- You have 1 year of prior retail leadership experience is great, but not necessary.
- You have schedule flexibility, available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store opening, closing, and peak business needs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
