Entry Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering (architectural, mechanical, or electrical) or construction management from an accredited college or university and three years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Supervision Exercised: No direct supervision is exercised; however, position indirectly supervises contractors, architects, and consultants.
