What does a Rouse Human Resources Administrative Assistant do?
The HR Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative support in various human resources functions including, but not limited to: maintaining up-to-date and accurate employee personnel and medical records; maintaining employee job posting and communication boards; performing general office functions including scanning, filing, and ordering supplies; and creating a positive employee experience through a variety of engagement and recognition efforts. This position ensures that HR processes and policies are maintained efficiently and that employees receive the necessary support.
What are the requirements to be a Human Resources Assistant at the Rouse?
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred. Experience in HR, healthcare or similar highly confidential environment a plus.
- Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
