What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outside Sales Representative position at Royal Plus?
The Royal Plus Sales Representative will also perform a wide range of sales tasks, directed towards increasing the overall volume of work from existing and new sources. The goal is to increase business and customer satisfaction for Royal Plus, Inc. by targeting residential, municipalities, healthcare, government, property managers and all commercial business in a defined region. The Royal Plus Sales Representative will be responsible for developing the overall business strategy relative to sales and targeting measurable growth within the company. This individual will maintain existing relationships, while establishing new business relationships within the disaster recovery industry. The Sales Representative may travel on CAT.
The Royal Plus Sales Representative is responsible for, but not limited to:
· Generate Leads
· Meet or exceed sales goals
· Focus on accountability to improve performance
· Give sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
· Review our reporting system that will document the results of the sales
· Create and foster an environment of self-motivation
· Customer Service Responsibility; re-enforce, maintain and repair when necessary customer/prospective relationships
· Evaluate the market position of competing companies and their sales techniques
· Remain current on changes within all aspects of RPI business through publications, periodicals, technical meetings and conference attendance as well as continuing education
· Project a professional appearance and cooperative attitude, maintain high ethical standards of confidentiality in representing the company to ensure a professional representation at all times
- Assist with overall growth of RPCAT and Royal Plus, Inc. as needed, while following The Company motto: “Being Positive is Contagious” and “Teamwork with Respect”.
· Travel and assist on CAT as needed
· Establish ERP’s and gather required information. Assist in making sure this data is readily available for our first responders
Qualification/Skills:
- Must have a valid drivers license, with reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in Outside Sales
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Motivated and organized person with a positive attitude
- Personable and professional individual
- Must be able to sit at a desk & look at computer screens for extended periods of time,
- Must be able to travel to meet clients

Salary & Commissions:
Company shall pay Sales Representative an annual base salary, to be paid in weekly increments, subject to applicable mandatory and voluntary withholdings. For each contract arranged by Sales Representative for the performance of Company's services under this Agreement, Sales Representative shall additionally be entitled to a commission as follows, subject to the following conditions and limitations: (Available upon request)
