Title: Bilingual Customer Service Advocate
Duration: 3* Months Contract (Temp to hire)*
Target Start Date (based on successful onboarding completion): 01/13/25
Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM with the possibility of overtime
Location: 100% REMOTE to MI
Day-to-day responsibilities of this role and a description of the project:
- Conducting member and provider inbound and outbound calls
- Navigating multiple applications to fully assist members and providers (ie. Amysis, OMNI, TruCare, etc)
- Utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, and Word)
Performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
- Eagerness to provide stellar customer service
- CSA’s are held to quality, conformance, and adherence goals
Tell me about what their first day looks like:
- Introduction to the department and organization
- The first day is getting equipment set up and checking to make sure all system access is good
Required Skills/Experience/Education:
- 2 years of RECENT Customer Service Experience in healthcare/medical office/health insurance setting. Managed Care Call center experience preferred. Medical terminology and degree preferred.
- Strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional phone skills, must be a team player, able to problem solve, strong organizational skills, and have an exceptional work ethic.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and TEAMS. Experience interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and programs simultaneously preferred. Typing skills (40 WPM)
- High School Diploma or GED required. Must have an on-hand copy of HSD/GED/Transcript.
