As a key player on our team, you’ll work closely with project managers and our billing experts to enhance project accountability and profitability by crafting and executing cutting-edge management processes and reporting tools.

You’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring compliance with project-related contracts and insurance, while also partnering with project managers, clients, and billing staff to swiftly and effectively resolve any billing challenges. YOUR ROLE LOOKS LIKE:

  • Handling all aspects of project accounting and billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
  • Preparing and distributing monthly financial reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitoring financial performance, and collaborating with project managers and Principals to achieve billing and financial targets.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between project accounting and other departments.
  • Identifying and analyzing trends in billing and contracts, working with departments to address any issues.

Requirements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in related field
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Associates degree.

ABOVE & BEYOND

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting preferred.
  • Systems knowledge of Deltek, Unanet, Sage, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations.
  • Experience with ERP Implementation
  • Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or similar professional service industry experience.
