Core Responsibilities of the Associate Project Manager HVAC position

• Establish new and maintain existing vendor relations.
• Communicate with vendors to address scope of work and applicable cost.
• Qualify vendor proposal to ensure margin is met to Customer’s expectations.
• Include vendor’s solidified details into a draft customer proposal.
• Timely submit drafted proposals to management; follow up as necessary.
• Disseminate proposals to Customers while meeting the timeline expectations.
• Source, price and negotiation for HVAC materials.
• Procure cost effective HVAC materials that meet the budgetary requirements.
• Comply with the HVAC team and the Company’s process and procedures.
• Assists in the cleanup and management of assets as required.

Other Requirements Of The Associate Project Manager HVAC Position

• Degree with three years’ experience in HVAC estimates, or any equivalent.
• Ability to be in the office on a daily basis
• Proficient with MS Office
• Knowledge of Facil-IT operating system a plus
