Russell Tobin and Associates/Pride Global is currently seeking a HR Recruiting Specialist local to Albert Lea, MN 56007 This is a 4 month contract position that could be extended for the right candidate.
Position: HR Recruiting Specialist
Location: Albert Lea, MN 56007
Shift: Part-time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Duration: 4 months with possible extension
Pay rate: $35.00-37.00/hr on w2
JOB SUMMARY:
Key job responsibilities (Duties):
- The Production Recruiting Specialist will direct and deliver all facets of the recruiting process for production roles.
- Will use a sourcing and recruiting strategy designed for the plant, execute activities included in the hiring process and stay connected on local hiring needs to ensure effective and driven recruitment tactics.
- Execute recruiting strategies to support the plant's recruiting and staffing needs through various strategies and tactics.
- Partner with Business Human Resources leaders and Operations leaders on site to ensure alignment on hiring goals.
- Work closely with coordinator, compliance teams and other resources to ensure timely execution and completion of recruitment and hiring.
- Use internal analytics and metrics to resolve or improve upon recruitment practices, processes and strategies.
- Stay on top of recruiting trends and external practices to ensure we are effective and driven.
- Ensure successful candidates meet compliance with legal and company requirements such as Employment Verification, Country Specific Labor Guidelines, Background Checks, etc.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Experience Required:
- Looking for minimum 2-3 years experience into Human resource
- Understanding of recruiting procedures and compliance
