We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This will be a hybrid position, with office hours based in New Hope, MN. The ideal candidates will be an independent and motivated self-starter who has excellent communication skills. The HR Recruiting Coordinator must be capable of balancing multiple priorities in a professional manner to help achieve corporate goals.

Responsibilities :
Manager the recruiting process from beginning to end - including development of job postings, management of recruiting requisitions, conducting prescreening interviews, scheduling, and logistics of interviews & hiring.
Develop and maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates through both active and passive candidate sourcing.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create and manage job postings and schedule in-person interviews.
Serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers and staffing agency partners
Focus on providing a positive candidate experience by ensuring appropriate follow-up & professional communication with candidates at all levels in the process.
Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with federal and state legislation and regulations.
Collect and report data on cost-per-hire, time to hire, the impact of a continuous improvement process on cost savings, and the improvement of work processes in the time taken or steps involved.
Attend career fairs for recruiting and company community involvement.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
2 years' experience in recruiting and managing multiple requisitions in a manufacturing or agency setting
Ability to travel to local hiring events, career fairs, other plants, etc. as needed.
Demonstrates a passion for relationship building and connecting with others.
Shows strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Ability to effectively manage sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
High School diploma or GED Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
