Purpose
Actively seek out new opportunities for customer growth
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with customer leads and provide detailed knowledge of services
Negotiate and establish contract terms with customers
Analyze territory and market trends
Coordinate sales strategies with internal team

You will be given the opportunity to progress and develop in a clear and structured manner
You will be working for key player in the freight forwarding industry, specializing in Domestic logistics solutions
Identifying and sourcing new leads
Quoting and winning new business to achieve agreed annual targets
Developing relationships with customers, on boarding, and working with Operations team to ensure successful service within agreed SOPs, meeting customers expectations
Working collaboratively with Operational and Product teams
Updating and ensuring all relevant information is captured within CRM / Sales Management System
Desired Profile
The ideal candidate will have previous history of a strong book of
business and maintaining client relationships
Interested candidates should have 5 years of prior sales experience in transportation services and eager to drive revenue growth
Experience in freight brokerage and sales
CRM and Microsoft skills
