What You’ll Do
As an Enhancements Manager, you’ll play a key role in our operations, working closely with branch leaders and customers to ensure exceptional service. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting managers in selling, estimating, and presenting landscape enhancements to both existing and potential clients.
- Meeting and exceeding enhancement budget goals.
- Understanding client needs and maintaining excellent communication and follow-up.
- Scheduling projects and ensuring proper coverage in collaboration with our Irrigation Manager.
- Training crews on equipment operation, installation techniques, pruning, and safety practices.
- Coordinating labor needs with the Branch Manager and ensuring compliance with all safety policies.
- Managing 1–4 enhancement teams and supporting Account Managers to deliver top-quality services.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a leader who can inspire teams, manage resources efficiently, and deliver results. You’ll need to thrive in outdoor work environments year-round and handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for landscaping are a must.
