You'll be the go-to expert, commissioning high tech products, overseeing top-tier installations, and training teams to use state-of-the-art systems. Requirements
What You'll Do:
• Lead with Vision: Collaborate with key stakeholders to craft project timelines and schedules that meet ambitious deadlines.
• Be on the Frontlines: Conduct site walk-throughs, participate in crucial project calls, and oversee quality control to ensure flawless execution.
• Orchestrate Success: Coordinate with internal and external teams to schedule and execute installation and commissioning processes.
• Keep Projects on Track: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate and Conquer: Work hand-in-hand with design technicians, permitting departments, installation teams, and contractors to bring projects to life.
• Seal the Deal: Wrap up each project with precision, delivering as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and comprehensive warranty packages.
What You Bring:
• Proven experience in on-site project management, ideally with a background in low voltage or electrical contracting.
• Strong project management skills with a history of leading successful teams.
• Expertise in A/V and Networking, with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional customer service abilities, ready to engage with high-level stakeholders.
• A background in IT is a major plus.
• Outstanding organizational skills with a talent for clear, concise reporting.
• Flexibility to work long hours and swing shifts during the school year.
• Willingness to travel overnight, with approximately 75% of the time spent on-site.
Compensation:
Salary wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
