We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Director to lead our laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in laboratory procedures. As the Laboratory Director, you will oversee all aspects of laboratory management, ensuring adherence to lab practices and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage laboratory operations, ensuring compliance.
• Develop and implement laboratory procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee scientific research initiatives, staff and budget.
• Ensure proper data collection and analysis.
• Maintain a safe laboratory environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in lab technology.
• Pocess lab certifications.
