Job Overview
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function and ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
Requirements
- Experience in clerical or administrative roles
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Ability to manage calendars effectively
Job Type: Part-time
