About the Position:
We are seeking a motivated Controller/Finance Director to join our team.
This role is 100% on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Manage cash flow and to optimize working capital and financial performance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and drive efficiency and profitability.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a Controller or Finance Director.
- Thorough understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
