The assistant project manager is responsible for assisting project staff with administrative and technical requirements on a construction management project.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Thoroughly understanding the project documents and confirming all materials and subcontract work are approved and comply with contract documents and quality specifications
• Assist in preparing bid packages and subcontract scopes of work
• Assist with scheduling and preparing reports for OAC meetings
• Assist with all project document flow
• Assist with submittal review and approval process
• Assist with the RFI process
• Assist with change order management process
• Assist with pay applications
• Assist with project schedule updates
• Assist with project closeout
• Demonstrate solid verbal and written skills
• Effectively manage multiple projects and appropriately prioritizes
• Promote our construction services and business with current and potential clients by maintaining a track record of delivering on our promises in a proactive manner

Requirements:

• Must have experience in commercial construction
