DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
This is a full-time position with a balanced work schedule. You'll spend 50% of your time on job sites, overseeing projects and meeting with clients. The other 50% will be spent in the office preparing estimates, managing schedules, and communicating with the team. Your typical hours will be Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM , but flexibility is important as needed.
As an Excavation Project Manager - Estimator, your day will be split between managing projects in the field and handling office tasks. You will start by reviewing project plans and creating cost estimates based on the job site and project specifications. When you're on-site, you'll supervise the team, ensure everything is on schedule, and make sure the job is done safely and correctly. You will also work with subcontractors and suppliers to get the resources you need for each project. In the office, you'll handle scheduling, prepare reports, and keep clients updated on project progress.
Requirements :
A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
