Data Scientist

Sabre Systems is currently recruiting for a Data Scientist to support one of our customers at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. The program is providing systems engineering support of weapons systems on various platforms including technical research and development of technologies, analysis, and documentation as part of the acquisition of Aircraft, Weapon, and Integrated Systems and the evaluation of their technical performance, mission suitability and associated acquisition risks throughout the full acquisition process and lifecycle of a program.

The selected candidate will be responsible for not limited to:

• Developing and implementing a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.
• Appling data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Visualizing, interpreting, and reporting data findings.

Requirements:

• Must have a bachelor's degree in a technical field or scientific field from an accredited college or university
• Must have five (5) years or more of related experience
• Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
• Must be a US Citizen
