- Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience while providing care to individuals with diverse needs.
- Must be able to pass background checks and comply with health regulations related to patient care.
