Safavieh is a luxury home furnishing and rug company. We are seeking a positive, energetic and organized receptionist to join our team in our Stamford, CT location. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer, transfer and direct telephone calls
• Greet customers and provide general customer service
• Maintain calendar, filing systems, record keeping and correspondences
• Provide general administrative and clerical support

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Organized and have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and keep track of multiple priorities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Some office experience is a plus
• Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred
