THE JOB
This is a great career opportunity for an emerging Customer Success professional looking to join a company in growth mode.
In this role you will manage incoming customer requests, help to quote and process customer orders, clarify product details, review order performances, run quality surveys, and more. A CSR's role is instrumental in maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
The right person for this job will be highly detail-oriented, organized, and have at least a year of professional customer success experience.
THE QUALIFICATIONS :
- 1 year(s) of experience supporting customers via phone, email, order management, and / or inside sales activity
- Quoting experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to document customer information into CRM systems
- Adaptable, comfortable working in a high-tech environment
- Must live in Oregon, able to work in the Tualatin / Tigard-area office (parking is free)
THE BENEFITS :
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
