Current knowledge or office practices and procedures. Knowledge of computing hardware and software resources including working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and the ability to learn new and complex programs quickly.
Must possess good interpersonal relations, planning and program coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain confidentiality.

High school graduate. Any work experience related to payroll and accounting a plus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)
Manages the front office of the school; performs various accounts payable functions; oversees the collection and receipt of all school revenues; performs as a personal secretary to school administration; processes times sheets; prepares and assembles materials; maintains schedules and calendars; processes travel arrangements and expense reports.

Salary
Career Classified Salary Schedule
Range 15: $23.92 per hour.
Benefits include: retirement/401(k), sick and vacation leave, life insurance. Health and dental insurance may be purchased.

Hours
7 hours per day. Position is on an 11-month schedule. To begin July 30, 2024.
