Key Responsibilities :
Assist new residents with the move-in process.
Plan and support community events and services.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and families.
Conduct community tours for prospective residents.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement move-in programs.
Check in with new residents during their first month to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with older adults.
Preferred : Experience in marketing, sales, or event planning.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and creative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe.
Work Environment :
