Successful Baltimore Manufacturing Plant celebrating 90 years is seeking Dynamic Production Associates to join our team.
Job duties:
Schedule Mon - Fri 2:00pm - 10:30pm (until finished)
• Weigh raw material prior to trimming and record weight.
• Trim raw material in accordance with company and customer specifications.
• Weigh trimmed raw material and record weight.
• If any deviation occurs in product or temperature, contact the Department Manager immediately for corrective action.
Job requirements:
Prior exp in Manufacturing environment pref
Prior exp Trimming meat pref
• Follow all GMP’s as trained.
• Clean area as you work to maintain personal and product safety.
• Work in cool (41degrees) and wet environment.
• Able to lift 45 lbs.
• Perform repetitive movements over long time periods
• Standing for long time periods
• HS Grad or equiv
• Basic Math Skills
• Good written & verbal communication skill
• Able to work independently, be well organized and perform multiple tasks
• Able to handle product according to specifications
• Skill in dealing with superiors and peers
