Job Summary
As the Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will lead the creation, execution, and management of social media content for Savvy Sliders and Happy’s Pizza. You’ll develop creative content strategies, produce engaging visuals and videos, monitor performance, and strengthen connections with our online community. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and on-the-ground content production.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
- Visit restaurant locations weekly to capture high-quality photo and video content aligned with brand goals.
- Plan and manage content schedules for Instagram, Facebook, TikT ok, LinkedIn,
YouTube, Threads, and X.
- Develop platform-specific content to showcase products, store promotions, and
behind-the-scenes moments, while highlighting the personality of both brands.
- Execute engaging short-form videos (Reels/TikT oks/YouTube Shorts) and visuals that
resonate with target audiences.
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Manage and oversee multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistent tone, visuals,
and messaging for both brands.
- Collaborate with leadership to align social media content with brand goals and ongoing campaigns.
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to keep the brands relevant, engaging, and
innovative.
Community Management
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to
strengthen customer relationships.
- Drive user-generated content (UGC) and manage influencer partnerships to increase
organic reach and engagement.
- Act as the voice of the brands, maintaining a playful yet professional tone that resonates with audiences.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and analyze
results to optimize content strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports with key takeaways and recommendations for
improvement.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support store owners in promoting events, campaigns, and local promotions.
- Assist with graphic design needs for social content, including static visuals and
promotional assets.
- Coordinate influencer outreach and partnerships to amplify brand visibility.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in food, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing content calendars and scheduling platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, trends, and community building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
