Porter/Maintenance Needed!
Job Summary:
- Responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments.
This is a full time/temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent.
Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor & Property Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Preferred candidate will have experience of turnkey in the apartment industry. General maintenance knowledge and working experience in pool maintenance, shampoo machines, and repair and/or replacement of appliance and plumbing parts. Must be organized and have good communication skills.
- Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
- Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including removal of trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
- Assist in turnkey/make-ready of vacant apartments.
- Assist in the troubleshooting/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems.
- Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
*Must have Valid Driver’s License and pass a background check*
