We have a unique opportunity in our Richmond Division for a Sales and Design Consultant. This is both a dynamic and rewarding role with a mix of sales and design elements. As a Sales and Design Consultant, you'd be engaging with prospects in model homes, while also gaining hands-on experience with the design process in our local Design Studio.
In this hybrid role, you will work full-time, splitting your time between a model home and our Design Studio. Flexibility is key, as your schedule may vary each week based on model and design appointments. You'll be expected to work two weekends per month while also ensuring you have two consecutive days off each week.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who excels in customer interaction and creative design, with a strong attention to detail. It's also important to be adaptable, as your schedule may change from week to week.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Organization and ability to work in multiple workspaces while staying organized and diligent in operational tasks
- Working 2 weekends a month to provide model home coverage
- Interacting and communicating with prospective buyers when they visit the model home.
- Taking prospective buyers through the sales process.
- Organizing and conducting Design Studio Previews with prospects and buyers.
- Assisting and conducting Final Selections meetings as needed in the Design Center.
- Initiating and tracking any documents related to the sale and design of specific homes – Purchase Agreements, Change Orders, etc.
