Description
Coordinates project activities ensuring compliance to contract terms and State and Federal regulatory requirements, as directed by the responsible Project Manager. Develops, evaluates, and monitors project safety standards, environmental compliance, job scheduling, cost effectiveness, project administration, drawing management, and training requirements. Provides contractor liaison assistance as directed. The account services team will represent a diverse mix of skills, providing a broad scope of services to an assigned business unit. The team will be accountable for working collaboratively with business unit staff in resolving human resource matters, administering HR programs, and providing human resources counsel and advice.
Knowledge/Skills
Individuals should be able to spark new ideas, be stimulated by obstacles and challenges, have a solid understanding of the obligations of the business enterprise to its employees, owners, communities, and customers. Successful candidates must have demonstrated versatility, imagination, thoroughness, accuracy.
Education/Experience
1-3 years related experience required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Soft Skills
Hybrid- In office 3 days a week. Wed is a team office day; other two days will be set as a team. 8:30-5 with half hour lunch (some flex with time if needed)
