Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the automotive aftermarket. You will actively seek out new business opportunities, present our products and services effectively, and close deals that exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and qualify potential customers within the target market (e.g., auto repair shops, dealerships, fleet owners).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales quotas.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular visits and exceptional customer service.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Resolve customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations:
- Effectively present our products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of our offerings.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Sales Administration:
- Accurately track and report sales activities and results using CRM software.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive parts, service, and repair.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
