Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
• Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness.
• Conduct industrial cleaning duties as necessary, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment effectively to ensure optimal functionality.
• Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold service standards and address any issues that arise.
• Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and needs.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and tasks completed.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with hotel or hospitality environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
