Job Opportunity: Part-Time Office Assistant
Are you organized, dependable, and skilled in customer service? We're seeking an Office Assistant to join our team for two-three days a week. This role involves supporting daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism.
- Greet visitors in a welcoming manner.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Managing inventory and keeping office supplies stocked.
- Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Handling basic administrative tasks to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience in an office setting is required.
- Proficiency in navigating Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Schedule: Part-time, two- three days a week.
