Position: Receptionist
Location: Azalea City Tax & Accounting

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and professional receptionist to join our dynamic team at Azalea City Tax & Accounting, a fast-paced and well-established tax and accounting firm. This position is key to ensuring smooth operations within our office while providing exceptional customer service to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a wide range of administrative duties in a busy environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to client inquiries.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the office calendar for multiple professionals.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assist with client intake processes, including collecting necessary documentation and forms.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and tax teams to ensure timely client communications and document management.
  • Assist with preparing and organizing client meetings and events.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a high-volume environment.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a professional services or busy office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling software or client management tools is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
