  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Engaging in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurnace options
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative task and projects.
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license
  • Be willing to learn personal lines task
  • Light accounting duties

NO EXPERIENCE IN INSURANCE IS NEEDED BUT WOULD BE A PLUS

Summary

As a Receptionist/Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your core skills in clerical tasks, phone etiquette, and organizational abilities will ensure smooth office operations. You will utilize your premium skills in office management and multi-line phone systems to enhance communication and efficiency. Additionally, your relevant experience with Microsoft Office, data entry, and calendar management will be vital in maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 8 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • No weekends
