We are currently seeking a highly qualified Vice President of Finance for a prominent manufacturing company located in Red Wing, MN. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive growth, profitability, and long-term success.
- Oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with the needs of stakeholders such as management, lenders, and investors.
- Lead the consolidation of financial results, providing insight into key performance indicators (KPIs) and supporting decision-making.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, offering actionable recommendations to senior management based on financial performance and market trends.
- Play an active role in the acquisition and integration of new companies into the organization.
- Optimize cash flow management, investment strategies, and capital structure to enhance financial performance.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks to ensure long-term financial stability.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to drive business initiatives and improve overall financial performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- In-depth knowledge of product costing and percentage of completion accounting practices.
- Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Expertise in financial principles, practices, and regulations, with experience in independent annual audits.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in the machinery and equipment manufacturing sector is a plus.
