Position – Maintenance Technician

Job Location – Baldwin, WI

Work Hours (Shift) –  Rotating 1st Shift, 7am to 7:30 pm

Starting Pay – $20.50 to $35.25

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing machinery and equipment, and ensuring the upkeep of our building and grounds. Responsibilities

·       Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment runs efficiently and reliably.

·       Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

·       Modify and improve machinery to meet production needs.

·       Replace defective parts and test equipment for proper functionality.

·       Maintain and repair building infrastructure, including plumbing and HVAC systems.

·       Read and interpret blueprints to guide maintenance and repairs.

·       Set up and operate shop tools and equipment as needed.

·       Maintain accurate maintenance records and document equipment modifications.

·       Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ISO standards.

·       Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.

·       Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

Education:

·       High school diploma or equivalent (required).

·       Associate degree in a related field or equivalent training (preferred).

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in:

o  Welding Fabrication

o  Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic Systems

o  Plumbing and HVAC Systems

o  Compressors and Vacuum Systems

o  Blueprint Reading

o  Basic PLC Knowledge

Skills:

·       Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

·       Proficiency in using tools and equipment for repairs and maintenance.

·       Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

·       Frequent standing, walking, and bending while working on equipment.

·       Occasional climbing, crawling, and kneeling as required for repairs.

·       Exposure to noise, vibration, dust, and varying temperatures depending on tasks.

·       Regular use of personal protective equipment when working with tools and machinery.

Salary : $21 - $35
