We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our laboratory operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Manage research development projects from inception through completion, coordinating resources and timelines.
- Supervise laboratory staff, providing guidance and support in executing laboratory procedures and data collection.
- Ensure that all clinical trials are conducted in accordance with established protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Implement best practices for laboratory safety and efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in laboratory management or operations, preferably within a research or clinical trial environment.
- Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques and laboratory procedures.
- Familiarity with CGMP and GLP regulations is essential.
- Demonstrated ability in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders.
The pay will be commensurate with the experience, skills, and qualifications that the candidate brings to the position

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
