We're looking for a talented, energetic person who would like to join our team as an IT Desktop Technician. Our ideal candidate knows the basics of setting up and supporting Windows PCs, loves working with people, and is eager to learn more.
This is a full time position with a starting pay of $19/hr. Full benefits and a raise to $21/hr apply after 90 days of employment.

Typical job duties:
- Setting up new computers
- Installing software
- Delivering equipment to client sites
- Answering incoming calls and creating service tickets
- Opportunity to learn more advanced skills
This is an entry-level position and we're willing to train the right person.
Education, work experience, and personal attributes that are helpful:
- Strong customer service experience (of any type)
- High school or college technology classes
- Self study or projects
- Friendly, patient nature and GREAT people skills
- Ability and desire to work within a mutually supportive team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Adequate space and Internet service to work from home as needed
- Ability to work in a busy environment and appropriately prioritize tasks

Work Remotely
Our staff works from home 2-3 days per week with the balance in the Peterborough office. New hires will work in the office every day until their 90-day training and probationary period is complete. All employees must live within 30 minutes travel time to our office due to on-call responsibilities.
