SER (Service, Employment, and Redevelopment) is a national network of Community Based Organizations (CBOs) that formulates and advocates initiatives resulting in the increased development and utilization of Americas human resources, with special emphasis on the needs of Hispanics, in the areas of education, training, employment, business and economic opportunity. SER is a national, private, nonprofit organization making a positive impact on families across America. Since its inception in 1964, SER has addressed the needs of economically challenged individuals in education, job skills training,... literacy and employment. SERs ultimate goal is to place its program participants into permanent, unsubsidized, and productive employment.
